We are currently in hyper-growth mode, and as we embark on the next stage in our evolution, we are seeking an energetic, experienced B2B marketing operations professional to help support the execution of marketing programs as we take our brand to new heights. This is a fantastic opportunity to work 100% remote with a super smart, passionate team that is making huge waves in the Salesforce ecosystem in two of the hottest spaces in tech right now: healthcare and employee/customer engagement.


About the Marketing Operations Specialist position

The ideal candidate will have experience in a B2B technology setting, and a strong knowledge of Salesforce and Pardot (or other marketing automation platforms), content marketing and management, demand generation, web site management, and sales support. Killer project management and planning skills are a must as we build the key foundational elements needed to go to market across multiple solutions and segments, and attention-to-detail is critical to ensure we can roll out new go-to-market strategies, messaging, campaigns, brand deliverables, and tackle a focused event and editorial calendar in our aim to drive a world-class organization. We’re looking for someone who can come in, roll up their sleeves, take ownership of high-priority marketing initiatives, and be highly productive and efficient.

A typical week may include some of the following activities:

  • Customizing and curating PPT content and polishing proposals and assets to ensure all of our externally-facing content is crisp, appealing and adheres to brand standards
  • Building email nurturing flows, landing pages, templates and segmenting lists to ensure targeted, tailored campaigns to our key personas and industry targets
  • Updating the web site to reflect the latest and greatest news, content, industry highlights and voice of the customer insights, and coming up with new ideas for the Phase 2 rollout like optimizing forms, targeted auto-responders, adding CTAs to drive more conversions, etc.)
  • Manage marketing calendar to provide visibility into planning and milestones, both internally and with key partners so all stakeholders are up to speed on upcoming events, launches, planned PR, content roll-outs, resource needs and shifts
  • Managing Salesforce campaigns (importing leads, member status, activities, and informing sales follow up and nurturing strategies) to help us track ROI and progress of campaigns and engagement level of leads via Pardot Connector
  • Managing our internal content library via SharePoint/OneDrive to keep marketing and sales assets up to date, organized and easy to access
  • Field internal requests for marketing support and content needs
  • Working alongside our PR agency to post provided content to LinkedIn, SlideShare, YouTube and Vimeo and coordinate requests for internal team
  • Establish processes and guidelines to facilitate an efficient, measurable, scalable marketing engine
