Position Summary

The Salesforce Technical Architect role at Cadalys plays a crucial role on our Expert Services team. Cadalys’ Expert Services team is a team focused on providing implementation services and implementation services support to our partners that are installing and configuring Cadalys products. Your job is to ensure that all Cadalys products are installed, configured, and customized successfully for our customers.

The Salesforce Technical Architect requires a high degree of technical skill in Salesforce and Cadalys products, but also requires a high degree of consulting, relationship building and management, and an ability to see the broader picture of what our products can do for our customer’s team members and customers. We will teach you our products, you just need to bring the aptitude and attitude to learn new skills, building on top of your already robust Salesforce Service Cloud and/or Health Cloud skills. Also, you must be able to speak to a wide range of audiences from highly technical to strictly business focused, bringing a friendly face to deep technical conversations. The technical architect will work in parallel with a Delivery Consultant and/or Developer team on an account and may function as lead at times depending on the nature of the project.

As a Technical Architect you are responsible for successfully designing and managing the delivery of technical solutions in support of Cadalys products and/or a larger implementation on the Salesforce platform. Often your work will be in support of another implementation partner or customer project team but may also be as technical lead of a larger implementation that Cadalys is leading. You will also be responsible for maintaining an ongoing comprehensive understanding of how the Cadalys products fit into the broader Salesforce Service Cloud and Health Cloud ecosystems.

Finally, You will be responsible for building trust with our customers, working closely with both Cadalys and Customer project teams. You will also be managing a team of technical/developer resources and will be responsible for ensuring that they are utilizing Cadalys development best practices, are representing Cadalys well to our customers and partners, are following through on their performance goals and initiatives, and are contributing to the Cadalys culture in positive ways.
