About the VP of Sales CareIQ position:

Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, the VP of Sales CareIQ will continue be an adept coach, team builder with a proven track record scaling sales team. As a seller you can engage in both technical and business conversations at multiple levels of the organization. VP of Sales CareIQ responsibilities are:

Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop plans to manage and drive revenue in existing & new sales annually.
  • Manage & motivate a team of (3-5) Sales Reps. Need someone that can hire, fire, train, set quotas, and help this team close deals. Expand the Sales Team by managing the recruiting & hiring process.
  • Support sales presentations, strategy, and account mapping
  • Maintain an accurate pipeline of all opportunities, contacts, and account history in Salesforce
  • Work with cross-functionally with Marketing and Product to maximize team success - from campaigns and content to informing the product roadmap to meet sales needs
  • Ability to adapt, overcome objections, and learn complex solutions.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Experience driving a high volume of software product leads, preferable within healthcare.
  • Have a positive outlook and a strong ability to take responsibility for their successes and failures.
  • Strategize with the team to develop targeted outbound campaigns and target prospective key accounts.
  • Ability to drive a high volume of software product leads in a niche or healthcare vertical

VP-Sales CareIQ requirements are:

  • 7+ Years’ Experience in Enterprise Saas Sales to Payors and/or Provider Systems
  • 3+ Years Managing and Leading an Enterprise Sales Team
  • Capable of being a Quota Carrying VP of Sales with Proven Success of reaching Quota
  • Extensive Industry Contacts with both National, BCBS and Regional Health Systems
  • Great Communication and Presentation Skills
  • Comfortable in a Growth Stage Company Environment
  • 30-40% Travel
