    About the Salesforce Training Lead position:

    • Ability to lead training sessions on the Salesforce platform
    • Plan and coordinate training
    • Develop training materials
    • Maintain product documentation
    • Maintain knowledge base articles
    • Ability to write documentation clearly with a business acumen
    • Personable, ability to interact with customers with confidence


    • 3-5 years of Salesforce experience
    • 3-5 years of Previous consulting experience
    • Proficiency in MS Office products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
    • Excellent understanding Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS)
    • Ability to communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers
    • Accuracy and attention to detail
    • Excellent analytical and multitasking skills with an ability to perform well in a dynamic environment
    • Bi-lingual in Japanese is a plus
